I had asked him on friday after the first f-up by Z1 to ship it to me for Sat morn delivery. He said that I was a moron and it couldn't be done. Then he hung up. I had to deal with Robert from then on. Robert was very helpful. Thanks Robert. Maybe russel doesn't know that FEDEX delivers on Sat. If the situation had been reversed, I would have taken the part off, drove it to a fedex hub, and shipped it to the customer. That is customer service. Making a customer wait for almost 10 days due to your employees' mistakes, is unacceptable anywhere. Paul Paul
